Tara Tillman, an accomplished leader in the real estate industry, serves as Vice President and CEO of Westchester Realty, LLC. With a distinguished career in real estate sales and marketing since 2004, Tara brings unparalleled expertise and strategic insight to the firm. As Managing Broker, she expertly oversees the activities of the firm's brokers. Licensed in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, and Pennsylvania, Tara also spearheads Westchester Realty’s Information Technology (IT) and Facilities Management divisions, delivering innovative, client-focused solutions. Her visionary leadership continues to redefine excellence across industries.

As General Counsel Alan Clarke is the principal company Legal Officer and provides oversight and leadership for the legal aspects of the business, including corporate affairs, strategic corporate initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and other complex transactions.

Operations Manager
As Operations Manager Mr. Moore is responsible for onboarding and supporting our clients, ensuring operational efficiencies and key client performance indicators, such as accuracy, turn rates, and aged percentages, exceed established performance goals.
BRYAN BELL
Vendor Manager
Bryan Bell is the Senior Vendor Manager for Westchester Realty. Bryan is a licensed realtor and is responsible for onboarding sub-contractors, vendor training and oversight, maintaining an extensive vendor network and ensuring quality vendor performance.
ELAINE SMITH
Property Manager
Elaine Smith serves as Westchester Realty's Senior Property Manager. Elaine is responsible for HOA and utility management, property preservation oversight, maintenance coordinator and account reconciliation.
