Westchester Realty operates with an affordable plan that truly offers 100% commissions. Our agents pay only $75 a month administration fee. From contract questions to closing disbursements, we're here for our agents.

Our goal is to offer the support you deserve, knowledgeable office staff, direct Broker support, computers, copiers and fax, conference room in professional office facilities and training. We want your business to be a success, and we provide the full spectrum of services to help make sure that happens.

Errors and Omission Insurance
Westchester Realty has an Errors and Omission Insurance Policy to ensure that each sales associate is covered in the case of an error that brings a lawsuit. Each sales associate will be billed $30.00 monthly in order to be covered in case of an error.
Training
Westchester Realty provides direct training to agents. You will also receive support directly from the broker, designated to assist the agents in our office, whether its general questions, face to face meetings or pre-qualifying a prospective buyer.
